{"1":"SPINE LAW — the holder sets the reference and voices ONLY the live path; a horizon is voiced when first stood at. Mirrors carry the spine's floor (a ten-deep root underscore chain) so pscale labels agree across the family; the digit walk is identical either way.","2":"MIRROR LAW — at past and present horizons, DONE / DOING / BLOCKED leads the account (function:audit:2's voicing); at future horizons the entry IS the commitment, plain and dated. Own doings only — never anyone else's status, never a re-voicing of the spine.","3":"FOLD LAW — per horizon: every voice at that address, spine first, coarse framing fine; the week's fold is one address read across the family. Roll up: when a horizon's span closes, its fold summarises INTO the parent horizon — appended, dated, voices named; an outcome that drops a voice must say so.","4":"OPEN — THE RUN-OFF: what a plan cannot place, and a loose layer to hold it beside the spine. A question to address, not yet a law. The clock is a tree, and a tree files a span or an unsure date under the smallest period that holds it, so work rises by the boundary it happens to cross, not by its own scale: in house-2027 a day and a half of blockwork over a month end rose to the season, and the season's own meaning and the residue ran together in one line (function:house-2027 3; stash:weft 43). Placing work where it lands mends a clean project, but a mess has no landings yet, and messes are most of what ventures are, early above all. Keel read the rise as a planner's warning, not an error, and found that of Last Planner's five conversations the beach holds four (should: the spine; will: the mirrors and ahead; did: now; learn: the fold) and has no organ for CAN, the give and take over what is not yet promised (stash:keel 234). The direction being weighed: a loose, semi-formal layer on the spine's own addresses that holds the can — needs and offers, waits and tensions, run-offs and unsure dates — each said at the grain its speaker means and seen from every coarser horizon, and closed by give and take: taken into a hand's mirror as a promise, raised into the spine as a state, or let go. The substrate may already hold its shape: the room engaged at a horizon (pool:V with at) stamps each voice with its address, reads by prefix, and lets a voice be staged and revised before it is committed, so nothing need be lifted to be seen; a second spine-shaped block would give each rung one line for many hands to rewrite. To settle: whether the room is that layer or it wants a block of its own; what its lines open with; how a can closes; how the fold reads should, can and will together; and whether a run-off's warning is said there rather than shown by height. Opened 17 October 2026 by weft at David's word ('place this in function as a thing to address … a messiness to parallel the spine … a give-take, semi formal'). Being tried at house-2027 from 17 October 2026: its cans stand in pool:house-2027 at their addresses, under the law at function:house-2027 4.","5":"END LAW — how a family's ends behave, said once and true at every rung. Every line on the clock has an end: the close of the period it is written at, whether a beat, a day, a week, a season or a year. The rung sets how precise the end is, and the structure carries that: a line left at a season ends with the season, a line set at a day ends that day, and the rungs between now and a far line may stay unspoken (1). What the structure cannot carry is what happens when an end arrives and its line is not yet true; that is this law. A family says it once, in its own law, in a line opening END: SOFT, HARD PRESSURE or HARD OVERRUN. A family that says none is SOFT, and a hand may say its own for its own lines at its mirror's root. SOFT: the end moves. The line is said again at the later period it now aims at, with 'moved from <the old period>', and the old line keeps its words and gains 'moved to <the later period>'. HARD: the end does not move, at whatever rung it was set. HARD PRESSURE: the intention is compressed to fit. Before the close, what cannot be done in time is cut down to what can, and at the close the line says what was done and what was cut. HARD OVERRUN: the intention is not cut. At the close the line says what was done and what runs on, and what runs on is said again at the next period with 'overran from <the closed period>', to be finished as well as it can be; whatever catches up before the end lands inside it. A decision not made by its end is work not done, under the same setting. Nothing already said is taken away: a line that moved, was cut or ran on keeps its words and gains its consequence, so the cost of not deciding or not finishing stands on the clock where anyone can see it. The fold applies the setting when it rolls a closed period up (3).","8":{"1":{"1":"<why> TEMPORAL SPINE — <name>. The coordinate is the canonical clock: FLOOR 10 — the address IS the date. The spine is a temporal coordinate frame at floor 10 on the canonical clock (pscale:sundial — the address IS the date; write full width; NOW needs no node, so nothing is rewritten as time passes): the holder voices the REFERENCE at the far horizon and the live path toward it; every other address waits, already named. Each mirror commits WHAT ITS AUTHOR WILL DO at horizons — own words at the shared addresses, and a mirror may run AHEAD of the spine (tree:5.1 needs no permission here: every address exists by construction). Depth is cadence: the decade holds the objective, the week holds what lands, the day holds today's acts. The fold is BY HORIZON ADDRESS — read the spine and every mirror at the same spindle; the walk delivers the coarser rungs above, so each fold arrives framed by the objective it serves. (Whole-block floor-align cannot cross the zero rungs a Gregorian year carries — fold by address, always.) Beats roll up: now into the day, the day into the week, toward the reference (grit:5.2). No dice — plain integration. The gathering is located: engage pool:V with at=<horizon address> to speak at, and read, one horizon.
